Shipping Policy

At Gather & Roost, every product is made to order with care. Because we work with print-on-demand partners, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Production Time Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

US Shipping Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been fulfilled. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 10–20 business days after fulfillment. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Multiple Items If your order includes different product types, items may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. This is normal and not an error.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to reprint or replace your item at no additional cost.
